A great hotel with extremely friendly staff. We felt welcome straight away and also really appreciated the information about walks etc (with appropriate map). The rooms are very nice, clean, modern and very comfortable. The food in the hotel is just delicious. And the breakfast buffet is simply out of this world. We have not been able to enjoy such an extensive breakfast for a long time. There is very close and informative attention to hygiene everywhere (Covid19) which we really appreciated. This hotel is simply amazing, that's all there is to it. We stayed here for the second time and enjoyed a room with a view of the Eiger for 12 days. The hotel has a very good location in car-free Mürren, which we have long since taken to our hearts. Mürren is like an island in the Alps - without noise and bustle. The hiking trails, the nature and also the Hotel Eiger make you forget the stress of everyday life after only a few hours. I've stayed in countless hotels, but this is definitely the place where I feel I'm in the best hands. Everything is super clean, the staff and the hospitality are unbeatable.

Top hotel with absolutely fantastic wellness area - with a view of the famous mountains Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau and the little-known Schwarzermönch. Our stay was simply super - good food, super breakfast buffet, very nice, obliging staff and the DJ in the bar knows his trade! Really recommendable, if you are willing to spend a little more than usual for your stay.
