2.1 DATA PROCESSING TO COMPLY WITH LEGAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
Upon arrival at our hotel, we require the following information from you and your accompanying persons (*mandatory):

• First and last name*
• Postal address with country*
• Date of birth*
• Nationality*
• Official identification card and number*
• Arrival and departure day
• Telephone number
• Mail

We collect this information in order to fulfil legal reporting obligations, which arise in particular from the hospitality industry or police law. Insofar as we are obliged to do so under the applicable regulations, we forward this information to the competent police authority.
Our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and Art. 6 DSG lies in the fulfilment of the legal requirements.

2.2 RECORDING OF PERSONAL SERVICES
If you purchase additional services during your stay (e.g. visits to the restaurant, use of the mini-bar or massage or ticket offer, etc.), we will record the subject of the service and the time of the service purchase for billing purposes. The processing of this data is necessary within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of the contract with us.

2.3 WIFI USE
In order to be able to provide you with access to the Internet via our WLAN network, we do not collect any personal data for the dial-in and use of our WLAN network:
We collect traffic data which we need to establish a technical connection between your terminal device and our Wi-Fi network and then to provide and technically process access to the Internet. The location data serves the purpose of connecting you to the WLAN access point with the strongest signal. This is our justified interest in data processing within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The traffic data includes:

• The type of device you use to access our Wi-Fi network
• Various device identifiers, namely the WLAN MAC address the login assigned to you
• The IP address assigned to you
• Date and time of your WLAN connections and connections to the Internet
• Bestimmte Standortdaten: Bei diesen handelt es sich um den Standort des Ihnen nächstgelegenen WLAN-Zugangspunktes, mit dem Sie per WLAN verbunden sind; dazugehört auch ein Zeitstempel. Über den Standort dieses Zugangspunktes wissen wir in der Regel, in welchem Raum Sie sich wann mit Ihrem Gerät in unserem Hotel aufhalten. Eine genauere Ortung Ihres tatsächlichen Standortes erfolgt nicht.

Furthermore, the IP address is evaluated together with the other data in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure or other unauthorised or abusive WLAN use for the purpose of clarification and defence and, if necessary, used in the context of criminal proceedings for identification and for civil and criminal action against the users concerned. This is our legitimate interest in data processing within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Based on your consent, we also use your data for other purposes as described below. We combine your data listed above with the data we hold about you from the accommodation relationship, and then use this combined data together for the following purposes:

• To send you general information during or after your stay and offers tailored to you and your interests on products and services of our hotel by e-mail on the basis of the data we have about you. The information and offers received may also be based on your previous and current location within our hotel. If you have also provided us with your mobile phone number, we will use this to send you information and offers on your mobile device.
• In order to improve our service, we would like to help our staff to address you personally by name each time they come into contact with you. To this end, we may use your name and the location data described above to tell our staff who is in a particular room in our hotel. This makes it easier for our staff to address you personally by name.
• For statistical evaluations, such as how our guests react to our marketing measures, which offers our guests use particularly frequently within the hotel, how our guests prefer to move around our hotel, which WLAN areas are well covered.

The legal basis for this data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
